At The Happy Family, we take great pride in offering fresh, homemade frozen products made on our family farm.
Because our items are perishable food products, we follow strict handling and safety guidelines.

Perishable Products Policy

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of frozen meat or any perishable food items.

Once the product has left our farm and been delivered or picked up, it cannot be returned, resold, or restocked.


Refund Eligibility

We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

✔ Wrong item received

You received a different product than what you ordered.

✔ Damaged packaging upon pickup/delivery

Visible damage to the package (torn, leaking, unsealed).

✔ Product quality issue

If you believe the product is unsafe or compromised before use, please contact us immediately with photos.


Not Eligible for Refunds

We cannot offer refunds in these situations:

✘ After the product has been opened or cooked
✘ If the product was improperly stored after pickup
✘ Change of mind
✘ Refusal to pick up an order after it has been prepared
✘ Melted or thawed products caused by late pickup


What We Need From You

To process any refund request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • The product name

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem


Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We want to ensure all products stay safe and within proper temperature guidelines.
